Disease burden is measured as disease and suffering that shortens our lives or decreases life quality. This indicator estimates health impacts of air pollution and inactivity -- or improvements caused by better air quality and active mobility such as walking and cycling. These impacts can be estimated with the WHO tool HEAT, which has a lot of pre-populated background data available. It can be plugged in with Kausal Platform to create direct estimates for a city.
